Shipping and Returns |
Please note that all products will be shipped using US Postal Service or UPS. International orders will ship US Postal International Priority. If you would like your materials shipped expedited, please call and place your order over the phone and we will advise you of the additional shipping charges.
All orders are final. However, we have an unconditional replacement policy for any product that arrives damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong product. Please call or e-mail before sending anything back for replacement.
